Plan
I plan (PLAN) to create value for my customer through a product or service.
Do
Then I do it (DO).
Check
Afterwards, I check if my customer is satisfied and if everything went well (CHECK).
Act
If I detect something in my OD phase that did not go well, I think about an area of improvement (ACT) and start the cycle again.
It is indeed a never-ending cycle and an eternal restart, which allows us to ask the right questions.
