MARKING – THE FINAL TOUCH OF TRUE CUSTOMISATION
Once your enclosures, panels, or covers are designed and manufactured without a mould, marking becomes the final step in making each piece truly unique, both functionally and aesthetically.
At LTP, every step is handled in-house through a vertically integrated production process : cutting, folding, assembly, painting, varnishing, marking. This allows us to guarantee:

THREE MACHINES, ONE GOAL: PRECISION ON DEMAND
A new, higher-performance machine strengthens our existing equipment, now comprising three professional digital printers, replacing the oldest printer. This upgrade boosts our capacity, improves our responsiveness, and raises our marking precision even further.
We can now print on:
- Formats up to 120 x 160 cm
- Parts up to 50 cm in height
- All plastics processed at LTP: PMMA, PVC, ABS, etc.
Our three 1200 DPI UV machines ensure the perfect combination : flexibility for small parts, productivity for medium series, and large-format capacity for complex applications. Thanks to UV technology, inks are instantly cured, allowing us to print all colours in one pass, without colour-by-colour setup like screen printing.
Result: sharp, fast output with no compromise on durability or graphic fidelity.
ENDLESS CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS FOR EVERY SECTOR
Each industry has its own visual and functional requirements. We tailor the marking to your needs:

Digital printing does not allow for true metallic inks (gold, silver, etc.). However, we offer visually convincing alternatives, fully compatible with plastic surface requirements.
