När era kåpor, frontpaneler eller skydd har designats och tillverkats utan form, är märkningen det avgörande sista steget som gör varje del unik – både funktionellt och visuellt.

TRE MASKINER, ETT MÅL: PRECISION PÅ BEGÄRAN

En ny, kraftfullare maskin kompletterar vår printpark, som nu består av tre professionella digitalprintrar, och ersätter äldre utrustning. Denna uppgradering ökar vår kapacitet, förbättrar vår reaktivitet och höjer precisionen i trycket.

Vi trycker nu på:

• Format upp till 120 x 160 cm
• Delar upp till 50 cm höga
• Alla plasttyper som bearbetas av LTP: PMMA, PVC, ABS med flera

Våra tre UV-skrivare med 1200 DPI erbjuder en optimal kombination: flexibilitet för smådelar, produktivitet för medelstora serier och kapacitet för stora format i komplexa applikationer. Tack vare UV-teknologin härdar färgen direkt, vilket gör att vi kan trycka alla färger i ett enda steg — utan de långa färgbyten som krävs vid screentryck.
Resultatet: snabb och skarp utskrift utan att kompromissa med hållbarhet eller grafisk precision.

1. Optimerad design från start

Hos LTP är design en avgörande fas där teknisk prestanda, estetik och materialminimering balanseras. Teamet samarbetar nära med kunden för att skapa en kundanpassad kapsling som skyddar, klär in eller förskönar elektroniska komponenter.

Till exempel kan en design innefatta en förstärkt bas för att säkerställa mekanisk styvhet, medan tunnare material används för ovansidan för att minska vikt och kostnader.

Ett exempel: Vid tillverkning av två U-formade delar placeras de på en plastskiva så att de passar perfekt ihop, vilket minimerar materialspill.

3. Återvinning och återanvändning av spillmaterial

Hos LTP samlas allt spillmaterial systematiskt in för att återvinnas. I samarbete med specialiserade partners säkerställer LTP att dessa material inte går till spillo.

Till exempel mals spill av ABS direkt på plats och skickas tillbaka till leverantörer av ABS-plattor, som återinför materialet i sin tillverkningsprocess. Denna cirkulära metod minskar det ekologiska fotavtrycket och optimerar resursanvändningen.

2 – TRANSPORT
